Monitoring of wind turbines under variable-speed operating conditions has become an important issuetransmission unit; it generally exhibits complex vibration signatures due to random variations in operating conditionsbased on a stationary assumption and thus inapplicable to the fault diagnosis of wind turbines under variable-speedoperating conditions.

The thermal hydraulic (TH) behavior of coo-lant water is a key factor in the structural integrityassessments on reactor pressure vessels (RPVs) of pressurized water reactors (PWRs) under pressurizedthermal shock (PTS) events, because the TH behavior may affect the loading conditions in the assessmentaction time considerably influence various parameters, such as the temperature and flow rate of coolant waterwas clarified that differences in operator action times significantly affect TH behavior and loading conditions
